Tort Claim / Personal Injury

Current actions
Resources

Personal injury law, also known as tort law, is designed to protect you if you or your property is injured or harmed because of someone else's act or failure to act. In a successful tort action, the one who caused the injury or harm compensates the one who suffered the losses.

There are no known current efforts to take this action in our local court system, although in theory, the application of tort suits seems viable under these circumstances. For example if you have a financial loss due to intentional wrongs or liability, there may be cause for a financial compensation claim. Many have experienced losses due to likely  unconstitutional regulations. If thes losses are due to intentional negligence, this may be one way to recover those losses.
