The S1 protein of SARS-CoV-2 crosses the blood–brain barrier in mice
Study shows that the Spike Protein S1 subunit is transported across the mouse blood–brain barrier and is cleared from blood and taken up by peripheral tissues. Study shows other biodistribution to the whole brain, lung, spleen, kidney, and liver.

Explained: Why RNA vaccines for Covid-19 raced to the front of the pack
Published in Dec. 2020, webpage explains the messenger RNA vaccines - what they are, how they are made, and what they do to cause your own cells to manufacture spike proteins.
Page cites clinical trial vaccine effectiveness prior to product roll-out, which real-time use has shown is grossly overstated. Page has not been updated to show current statistics.

Age-specific mortality and immunity patterns of SARS-CoV-2
Here we use age-specific COVID-19-associated death data from 45 countries and the results of 22 seroprevalence studies to investigate the consistency of infection and fatality patterns across multiple countries.
We estimate that the infection fatality ratio is lowest among 5–9-year-old children, with a log-linear increase by age among individuals older than 30 years.

COVID-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & Federal Law: A Historical Retrospective
The CDC published guidelines on March 24, 2020 that substantially altered how cause of death is recorded exclusively for COVID-19. This change was enacted apparently without public opportunity for comment or peer-review. As a result, a capricious alteration to data collection has compromised the accuracy, quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of their published data, leading to a significant increase in COVID-19 fatalities. This decision by the CDC may have subverted the legal oversight of the Office of Management and Budget as Congressionally authorized by the Public Records Act & Information Quality Act as well.
This study also provides an excellent timeline of events both preceding and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ivermectin, a potential anticancer drug derived from an antiparasitic drug
Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase.

A five-day course of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19 may reduce the duration of illness
Ivermectin, a US Food and Drug Administration-approved anti-parasitic agent, was found to inhibit severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) replication in vitro. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted to determine the rapidity of viral clearance and safety of ivermectin among adult SARS-CoV-2 patients.

Age-specific mortality and immunity patterns of SARS-CoV-2
Here we use age-specific COVID-19-associated death data from 45 countries and the results of 22 seroprevalence studies to investigate the consistency of infection and fatality patterns across multiple countries. We find that the age distribution of deaths in younger age groups (less than 65 years of age) is very consistent across different settings and demonstrate how these data can provide robust estimates of the share of the population that has been infected. We estimate that the infection fatality ratio is lowest among 5–9-year-old children, with a log-linear increase by age among individuals older than 30 years.

A study demonstrates the antiviral response of ivermectin in patients with COVID-19
"The finding of the antiviral activity of ivermectin is the result of a clinical study on 45 patients with mild or moderate disease in different hospital centers (CEMIC, Muñiz and Alta Cuenca de Cañuelas), among which 30 patients were administered ivermectin in high doses The rest did not, and drug safety measurements, virus quantification in respiratory secretions and ivermectin levels in blood were made. The patients who received ivermectin presented a significantly different antiviral response than those not treated, the effect was evidenced in the deeper decrease of virus secretions."
